Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 8 oz cooked pasta
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef strips until browned, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Return beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture to the skillet, stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve the beef and pepper mixture over cooked pasta.
  6. Garnish with green onions if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes. Choose your favorite type of pasta for this dish.
