- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 8 oz cooked pasta
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef strips until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Return beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the skillet, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Serve the beef and pepper mixture over cooked pasta.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes. Choose your favorite type of pasta for this dish.
